Broadcasts

"Broadcasts" can check the statistics of the following indicators related to the message.

"Broadcasts" is divided into two main categories: "Overall Info" and "Details".

Each indicator gathers data for 14 days from broadcasting (conversions will be updated by the measurement duration).

Message formats counted as 1 balloon: Text, Stickers, Images, Coupons, Rich Messages, Rich Video Message, Videos, Voice Messages.

Search

Overall Info

"Overall Info" consists mainly of graphs and lists. Also, in "1 Broadcast", numerical values can be checked.

The graphs will be updated every 30 minutes over 24 hours from the start of the broadcast . It will then be updated every

1 day.

The updated value every 30 minutes is approximate, and may deviate from the actual value by about 1%.

Details

On the “Details” page, you can check impressions, clicks, number of video/audio clip views and more.

You can check the selected post-details from the list "Overall Info".

※ If the topic has a numeric value (less than 20), all results will be returned as “-(dash)”

On the "Card-based messages" page, you can check the impressions, clicks and more for each card.

* For broadcast messages from September 15, 2020 onwards

Friends

On the "Friends" page, you can check the number of Friends added, Demographics, and Friend path.

You can check the number of Friend added, Target reach, and the number of blocked.

Displays the numeric value of the last 7 days. If you need to check the previous day's numeric value, select a date.

* Can select up to 397 days

Demographics

You can check the demographics (Gender, Age, Region) of target reach.

* The data displayed is the numerical value of the last 3 days.

Friend path

You can check user's friends added and blocked.

* Count the number of friends added from March 15, 2020 onwards.

* If a blocked user is your friend for 90 days or more, it will be counted as "Other".

When choosing a time period, that time period will displayed in each graph.

* Can select up to 90 days

Data can be filtered with filters.

* If filters is selected, the numeric value shown will be an approximate value in 50 sequences.

Gain Friends Ads

Can check impressions, amount of adding friends, rate of adding friends and advertising fee when friends added.

* If you don't use ads to add friends, this won't be shown.

* The value of "Gain Friends Ads" and "Add Friend Formats" on the Analytics page may not always be related, it depends on the "Friends" page of the application version.

Chats

On the "Chats" page, you can check the number of active messages in the chat.

"Manual Responses" is a message replied to manually, while "Auto-Responses" can check the number of broadcasters replying with auto-response messages.

Dashboard

The overall main statistics, now changed to the "Insight" section.

You can check overall information about "Messages", "Friends", "Timeline" and "Chats".

The Insight page contains comparisons, graphs, and lists of the period that appears in numerical values, which differ by function.

Application Management(APP)

You can check various numeric values such as the number of added friends, number being blocked, and more in LINE Official Account (formerly LINE @) each day.
