แจ้งปรับเปลี่ยนแพ็กเกจรายเดือน LINE Official Account

LINE Official Account จะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนรายละเอียดแพ็กเกจรายเดือน ในวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2567 เป็นต้นไป ดังนี้

1) ปรับรายละเอียดแพ็กเกจโปร (Pro) รูปแบบใหม่ ให้คุณใช้งาน LINE Official Account ได้โปรและคุ้มกว่าเดิม ด้วยการเพิ่มสิทธิ์การใช้งานเครื่องมือ MyCustomer | CRM ระบบสมาชิกและสะสมแต้มใหม่ล่าสุดจาก LINE (มูลค่า 369 บาทต่อเดือน) ร่วมกับการใช้งานแพ็กเกจนี้ในราคาสุดคุ้ม จากราคาเต็ม 1,869 บาทต่อเดือน เหลือเพียง 1,780 บาทต่อเดือน ให้คุณพิชิตใจลูกค้าด้วยข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่ได้ บริหารความสัมพันธ์ ตอบแทนลูกค้าได้อย่างตรงใจ ด้วยการใช้ MyCustomer | CRM บน LINE Official Account อย่างครบครันในแพ็กเกจเดียว โดยผู้ใช้ยังสามารถบรอดแคสต์ข้อความได้ 35,000 ข้อความต่อเดือนเช่นเดิม พร้อมปรับราคาข้อความที่เกินจากแพ็กเกจ จากเดิม 0.04 บาทต่อข้อความเป็น 0.06 บาทต่อข้อความ  

2) ปรับจำนวนข้อความบรอดแคสต์ของแพ็กเกจฟรี (Free) จากเดิม 500 ข้อความต่อเดือนเป็น 300 ข้อความต่อเดือน

โดยแพ็กเกจที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้างต้น จะมีผล ณ วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2567 เป็นต้นไป ส่วนข้อความที่เกินจากแพ็กเกจของการใช้งาน จะเริ่มมีผลในรอบบิล ณ วันที่ 10 กันยายน 2567 เป็นต้นไป 

ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้ประสงค์จะปรับเปลี่ยนแพ็กเกจ LINE Official Account ผู้ใช้สามารถดำเนินการดังกล่าวให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2567 ก่อน 8.00 น. โดยสามารถดำเนินการได้ 2 ช่องทาง ​(1) ผ่านมือถือ http://manager.line.biz/webstore หรือ (2) ผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์ manager.line.biz หากใช้บริการ LINE Official Account ผ่าน Agency ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถติดต่อ Agency เพื่อดำเนินการปรับเปลี่ยนแพ็กแกจได้

LINE Official Account Monthly Packages Change Announcement

Effective August 1, 2024, there will be changes to the monthly package details for LINE Official Account as follows:

1) New Pro Package Details: Enhance your usage of LINE Official Account with the new Pro package, offering more value by including access to the MyCustomer | CRM tool, the latest online membership and point management system from LINE (valued at 369 THB/month). The Pro package is available at a special price of 1,780 THB per month, reduced from the full price of 1,869 THB per month. This package allows you to win customer loyalty through valuable customer insight and manage customer relationship more comprehensively by fully utilizing MyCustomer | CRM on LINE Official Account within this single package. Users can still broadcast up to 35,000 messages per month as previously, with adjusted additional messages priced from 0.04 THB to 0.06 THB per message.

2) Free Package Details: The number of broadcast messages will be adjusted to 300 messages per month from previously 500 messages per month.

These changes will take effect on August 1, 2024. The new pricing for messages exceeding the package limits will apply starting from the billing cycle on September 10, 2024.

If you wish to change your LINE Official Account package, please complete the adjustment before 8:00 AM on July 30, 2024. You can make the changes via two methods: (1) through mobile at http://manager.line.biz/webstore or (2) through computer at manager.line.biz. If you are using the LINE Official Account through an agency, please contact the agency to adjust your package.
