HOW TO CALCULATE BROADCAST MESSAGE


UPGRADE TO Premium ID


Verified and Standard Official Account will come with Basic ID by default which mixed among alphabets and numbers. Users may upgrade to Premium ID to rename it as you wish. This will cost 444 THB or $12 per year when purchasing via Android or website, while will cost 459 THB per year when purchasing via iOS

*iOS users

1) Can apply maximum 1 Premium ID per 1 Apple ID

2) Once apply, chosen Premium ID will not be able to change within 1 year

If you have more than 1 LINE Official Account or wish to change your Premium ID within 1 year, you are recommended

to purchase via LINE Official Account Manager at manager.line.biz

3) After 1 year, your Premium ID will be automatically renew. If you wish to change your Premium ID, you must cancel

auto-renewal at least 1 day before.


LINE Official Account ACCOUNT TYPES

There are three types of LINE accounts for businesses.These can be distinguished by icon color.

UNVERIFIED ACCOUNT


Official account for brands after created account. You can upgrade account to be Verified account or Premium account


VERIFIED ACCOUNT


Official account that customer can be easily search via LINE and other search engine (Operation cost is 888 baht)



PREMIUM ACCOUNT


Official account for large brands or organizations that need to build a million followers. Your account can be easily search and can use Sponsors stickers.

Use Timeline Post for gaining more exposure and impress your target customers who haven’t yet or have just added you as a friend. 





1:1 CHAT

Get closer to your customers via 1-1 chat for providing information about your services or on placing an order. This feature offers direct and quick access to the brand /business owner.


CHAT TAGS

Use Chat Tag for taking your customer care to the next level. It will appear under the customers’ usernames. This feature helps administrators work more effectively since they can instantly recognize which group a customer belongs to and for taking care of them properly. Some examples of Chat Tag are VIP customer, a customer who is arranging payment, etc. You can also use this feature for sending messages to customers with specified tags.


QUICK REPLY

Create your Quick Reply based on frequently asked questions for responding quickly to your customers. The Quick Reply may include bank account number, product details, etc. This feature provides various choices for administrators to choose from, and replying to customers within seconds. Additionally, you can send messages to the target groups where you have their User IDs, tagged target groups in your chat, or a target group by type of friends added.

It provides detailed statistical data which can be presented as an easy to understand graph. The statistical data by category are also available to make your next sale a success.
